For example, based on the order progress documented in real time, you can decide whether to reschedule production, send the first batch to an external partner for additional work, or inform the customer that the first round of parts is ready for pickup.
HOW
Evaluation in theOrdersmenu
1.this display gives you a quick overall view regarding the order. Here you will see the number of end products you have defined and the overall progress of the order.
2. here you can make your evaluation on the level of the work step. The number and category of the manufactured workpieces of this work step are displayed. In addition, you can check how much of the planned time has already been spent.
3. This is the overview regarding the quality of the manufactured workpieces.
gREEN--> Good
YELLOW--> Rework

You can adjust the targets for the individual work steps at any time by clicking on the 3-point menu
Evaluation in the Production Planningmenu
In production planning, you can use the Show workpiece counterbutton to determine whether you want to see the recorded values directly in the order tile.
If you move the mouse over an order tile, the manufactured workpieces and their categorization are displayed in the upper third of the tooltip.
Evaluation in the Work stepsmenu
Here you can analyze the manufactured number of workpieces and their categorization on the basis of the individual work steps.
With a click on Export CSVyou can easily transfer the obtained data into other systems.
