WHERE FOR
Production planners determine the quantity of parts to be produced, e.g. when creating orders.
The machine operators can see this information on the machine side.
The operator can enter the quantity of parts to be produced.
This information is synchronized in real time to order managementand production planning. Thus, the details of the order progress can be more accurately tracked and analyzed.
HOW
Set the production target/number of workpieces
Create an order and define the desired number of workpieces for the respective work steps in the Targetinput field.
You can select one work step per order as the production of the final product.
Based on this selection, the entire order progress is displayed
You can also define the desired number of workpieces using the CSV import for orders.
Simply fill in the WORKPIECES: TARGET column in your import template accordingly.
Using the manual workpiece counter
Select the desired machine from your machine park and click on Workpiece counterin the work step monitor.
Now you can categorize the number of workpieces produced.
The difference to the planned target size is output immediately.
If you pause a work step, you are automatically offered the input of the manufactured workpieces.
You can also use the workpiece counter to make retroactive adjustments to the quantity produced. Select the desired time period and click on the desired work step in the work step monitor
Then select the Workpiece counter menu item and make your adjustments.
