What
The smartblick job management offers you the possibility to group individual work steps (e.g. parts or production operations) into categories and assign them to your machines.
Here you will find information on pausing and continuing work steps.
For what
By feedback of the machine operators by means of "start work step"/"stop work step" the real execution times can be documented. This supports your post-calculation.
The smartblick job planning allows you to get a condensed and searchable summary of past, current and following jobs.
How
- From the dashboard, select the "Orders" menu item.
- Select "Create Job" and enter a job name
(e.g., Skalar Laurem Ipsum)
. - Select "Add Work Step."
- Enter the name of the work step.
- Select the machine on which it will be performed (this can be changed at any time).
- Enter the planned duration of the work step.
