There are several reasons why the Smartbox might not be communicating with our servers. In most cases, you can address these issues directly. If you see the message 'No current data' on the machine overview, we would recommend the following steps:
- Check the power connection (lights at the back of the device).
- Verify that the internet connection works.
- Unplug the Smartbox for approximately 10 seconds.
If the problem persists, it might be due to a temporary outage of our cloud service. If there's already a known issue, you will see a disruption notice in the machine overview. If not, please contact our support team using the Support button in the dashboard.
